In a world where so many companies brag about their service—just think about how many talk about their service in their slogans—we do not believe that the mere mention of “service” will convince you to entrust your feet to Pouliot, even if we in fact are very serious about it.

Here are just four reasons for you to entrust your feet to us:

Feet are our specialty, nothing else.
The design of your orthotics will not be affected by manufacturing limitations. Basically, if the desire for long-lasting relief and the specifics of your lifestyle require orthotics of such and such a length, made of such and such materials, then this is precisely what we will use and create for you. We do not fit you to the product; rather we fit the product optimally to you. Very few foot orthotic laboratories offer as many options to their orthotists.
You are entitled to a free annual follow-up. During this follow-up, we will evaluate any changes in your pathology, and make sure that your orthotics still provide you with the same level of long-lasting relief as they did in previous years. To ensure that you will benefit from this relief, we need to see you from time to time.
We maintain a close relationship with your doctor. We send him/her a written report of what we have done for you as per his/her prescription
